从2010年开始进入教学案例开发领域以来，她致力于在案例开发工作中实现高校教学与商业前沿的融合，以及中西文化、思想与表达方式在管理领域的融合，促进中国企业真实管理问题的深度讨论，以及将中国企业故事带到世界舞台。

十余年教学案例开发经历涉及对几十家公司与相关行业的深刻理解，期间已开发教学案例、视频案例与英文案例百余篇，并且持续保持稳定的开发节奏。除担任中国工商管理案例中心的编辑以外，她还担任ACRJ Editorial Review Board Member。

Case Achievements

Since entering into the field of teaching case development in 2010, she has endeavored to bring together business school pedagogy and the business frontier and to integrate Chinese and Western management thinking in the form of teaching cases, with the aim of fostering active and deep discussions about real management issues specific to China and bringing great Chinese enterprise stories to the world.

Her years of case writing experience involves a deep understanding of several dozens of companies and their respective industries. She has developed over a hundred teaching cases and video cases in both Chinese and English and she maintains a steady pace of new case development while shouldering service roles, including serving as a board member of the ACRJ (Asian Case Research Journal) editorial review team and one of the judges in the Compact Case category in an international annual case competition hosted by the international case platform, TheCaseCenter.Org.
